In this position... Ford Pro is seeking a strategic, results-driven professional to help shape the future direction of our commercial vehicle business. In this role, you will define and drive the strategic direction of Ford Pro Vehicles, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise strategy while shaping the long-term vision for the business. You'll lead market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities, and translate high-level strategy into portfolio strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, design, engineering, finance, and manufacturing teams to develop compelling and compatible product concepts. You will play a significant role in spearheading the future portfolio strategy that feeds Ford's cycle plan, and you'll be responsible for translating insights into concise, compelling narratives that influence decision-making at the senior leadership level.
