The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in full-stack technologies, modern architecture patterns, and hands-on experience with event-driven systems and cloud platforms , while also demonstrating strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.   Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Replit, GitHub Copilot or equivalent) to enhance engineering productivity. Architect and build microservices-based solutions using Java and modern frameworks. Develop and integrate real-time data processing pipelines using Kafka . Implement event-driven systems using Kafka Build Agentic AI solutions using AWS Develop data pipelines on Databricks Deliver Market Risk technology solutions Exposure to Snowflake Design scalable and resilient systems leveraging AWS cloud platforms Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders in Banking/FSO/Capital Markets domain . Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance, and DevOps pipelines . Mentor and manage a team of developers; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design. Drive Agile delivery practices across the team.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Frontend: Modern JS frameworks (basic exposure acceptable if backend-heavy)
