Support the monitoring of daily overdue portfolios and customer payment statusAssist in contacting customers (via phone, email, or written communication) regarding outstanding balances Prepare and update collections reports, tracking files, and internal dashboards Ensure data accuracy and completeness in collection systems and customer records Assist in handling customer repayment requests, restructuring cases, and documentation checks Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and escalation when needed  Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service, Risk, Legal) for effective case management Support documentation management, archiving, and digitalization of collections files  Contribute to process improvement initiatives in collections efficiency and customer experience Provide general administrative support to the Collections team

What should you bring along?

University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, IT, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial services, collections, and customer account management. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and organize data. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. Effective communication and customer-oriented approach. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop within a professional environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks. A digital mindset, with curiosity to explore innovative tools and AI-driven solutions.
