About this role

About Netskope Today, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.

Since 2012, we have built the market-leading cloud security company and an award-winning culture powered by hundreds of employees spread across offices in Santa Clara, St. Louis, Bangalore, London, Paris, Melbourne, Taipei, and Tokyo. Our core values are openness, honesty, and transparency, and we purposely developed our open desk layouts and large meeting spaces to support and promote partnerships, collaboration, and teamwork. From catered lunches and office celebrations to employee recognition events and social professional groups such as the Awesome Women of Netskope (AWON), we strive to keep work fun, supportive and interactive. Visit us at Netskope Careers. Please follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter @Netskope . We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing field sales team, with a strong focus on order management and compliance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our sales operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with internal policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable working across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Channel teams. You should be highly organized, a strong communicator, and confident navigating complex deal structures within a SaaS/subscription-based business model. Key Responsibilities:

Process and validate sales orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company pricing structures and policies. Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to order submission. Generate reports on order status, order trends, and other relevant metrics to support sales leadership. Assist in data cleansing initiatives to ensure the integrity of sales data. Support the creation of renewal opportunities and quotes for the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate generation. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve order management processes. Document best practices and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Participate in the implementation of new tools or systems related to sales operations and order management. Act as a primary point of contact for sales inquiries related to order status, order modifications, and policy clarification. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Provide training and guidance to new sales team members on order submission procedures. Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
