2nd Shift Production Operator

The Production Operator performs various tasks in running and maintaining production to meet the everyday needs of our customers.   Shift: This position works a 2nd shift schedule of Monday-Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.   Training Schedule: Training will be conducted on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM) for approximately 2-4 weeks. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the regular evening shift (Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM).   Responsibilities :

Monitor machine operation and control panel displays to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction. May sort or rework parts. May replace and adjust cutting device. Prepare, fill, label, and transport packages per work instruction.               Remove and transport finished work pieces and packages as specified making sure to protect material from damage while handling. Work from blueprints, work orders and instructions from supervisor. Obtain material, trays and carriers. Return excess material to inventory. Perform any other related duties and assignments as required.
