Job Description
AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. Join us! Works with highly confidential information. Participates in the coordination of administrative functions for one or more executives. Serves as a representative of the organization or in lieu of the executive. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and make decisions with discretion. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. Execute administrative (logistics, travel, scheduling) decisions on behalf of the executive. Perform Notary actions for the office.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: HSD/GED and 10 years of executive administrative experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting executives with coordinating travel plans, meetings, maintaining calendar, and expense reporting. Prior event planning and coordination Current Notary Public designation. Experience with shipping and postal activities. Prior experience working with confidential information. Ability to work under pressure. MS Office suite, technical writing skills a plus Ability to work in an office setting in Phoenix, AZ.
