Summary We are seeking a finance professional with strong expertise in general accounting , preferably within a captive/shared services environment of a multinational organization . The role requires an individual who can operate effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment , collaborating across regions and stakeholders at all levels. The incumbent will support the Manager / Sr. Manager in driving process of excellence and transformation initiatives , including process transitions, standardization, and automation efforts. Additionally, the role will be partnered closely with Regional Finance leadership to support the execution of Regional Finance Center (RFC) strategies , contributing to scalable, efficient, and high-quality finance operations across the region. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accounting & Month-End Close Execute and support month-end close activities, including journal entries and related processes Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of open items Support balance sheet and P&L flux analysis, including preparation of commentaries Manage cost and profit center reconciliations with strong attention to detail Handle revenue-related activities, including collections booking and ageing analysis Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, disposals, documentation, and reconciliations Process accruals, amortization, absorption entries, and track advance disbursements Ensure accurate intercompany accounting, including AP/AR reconciliations and end-to-end settlements/netting Tax & Compliance Ensure accurate tax accounting in compliance with local regulatory requirements Develop working knowledge of tax regulations across
