About this role

About Zipline

Zipline is the world’s largest and most experienced drone delivery service. We are on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere. We design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, delivering critical supplies quickly and reliably. Today, Zipline operates on four continents, makes a delivery somewhere in the world every 30 seconds, and has completed millions of deliveries to date, including blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products.

Our customers include the world’s largest and most prominent healthcare systems, governments, retailers, restaurants and global businesses who rely on us to save lives, reduce emissions, increase economic opportunity, and provide delivery from point A to point B as fast as possible. The drone is only 15% of what we’ve built to enable seamless, reliable, global operations.

Our system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back. With more than 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown, Zipline is redefining access to healthcare, consumer products, and food across the globe.

We operate at a global scale and are looking for practical problem solvers who thrive on real-world challenges and rapid growth. Our team is motivated by building systems that have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives and by scaling the future of logistics. We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds.

About You and The Role

Zipline deploys charging-site and ground infrastructure to support its operations. As a Construction Administrator, you will own the administrative control system across multiple active projects—ensuring commitments, costs, approvals, schedules, and closeout records are accurate and actionable.

Your work will help construction teams make decisions with confidence, prevent blocked payments and approvals, and deliver sites with clear cost visibility and complete records. You will partner closely with Construction, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Design, Engineering, Deployment, contractors, and vendors.

What You'll Do

• Own construction administration across multiple active charging-site and ground-infrastructure projects, from project setup through closeout and final reconciliation.

• Review invoices and payment applications for complete backup, contract and purchase-order alignment, accuracy, and approval readiness before routing them.

• Track budgets, commitments, change orders, invoices, forecasts, and actuals with Construction, Finance, Procurement, and project owners.

• Maintain schedules, milestone trackers, action logs, and decision logs that identify risks, owners, next steps, and impacts to site delivery.

• Surface and drive resolution of missing, inconsistent, late, or blocked contracts, vendor documents, invoices, change orders, approvals, and schedule inputs.

• Maintain audit-ready records across Procore, Coupa, spreadsheets, trackers, and related systems, and improve templates and handoffs as construction scales.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of construction administration, project administration, project controls, contract administration, or similar experience supporting complex construction projects.

• Working knowledge of construction contracts, purchase orders, change orders, payment applications, invoice review, vendor documentation, document control, and closeout.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects where budgets, schedules, vendors, contracts, invoices, and project
