A key part of this transformation is the implementation and the creation of a more centralized, scalable pricing operations model. This is a unique opportunity to join MiniMed at a pivotal moment and play a key role in both a major SAP transformation and the build-out of a future pricing operations capability. You will have the chance to make an immediate impact through S/4HANA implementation while helping shape the longer-term operating model for pricing across the international organization. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Support the design, configuration, and implementation of pricing processes in SAP S/4HANA Translate commercial and operational pricing requirements into functional designs and system solutions Partner with Commercial, Finance, IT, Customer Care, and local teams to gather requirements and define future-state processes Help design and standardize core pricing processes, including price setup, maintenance, publication, controls, and issue resolution Maintain and optimize pricing conditions, rules, and related master data in alignment with business needs Support testing activities, and contribute to post-go-live stabilization Ensure pricing processes are aligned with the broader Order-to-Cash landscape and relevant control requirements Required Knowledge and Experience: Strong hands-on experience in operational pricing (price setup, conditions, maintenance in ERP systems) Solid working knowledge of SAP pricing; S/4HANA experience is a strong plus Proven experience coordinating cross-functional, multi-country projects Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements in a pricing or finance context Experience designing or re-engineering operational processes from scratch Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system and process solutions   Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert   We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
