We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-functional programs through the development and implementation lifecycle. This role has a direct impact on the delivery of HPE products and services by managing schedules, budgets, and cross-company communications. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who exercises significant independent judgment, partners across technical and functional teams, and mentors less experienced staff. The preferred candidate brings a strong blend of technical acumen, leadership capability, and program management expertise.

Manage and lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for product or service offerings. Develop and direct schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs. Oversee activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners, adjusting schedules and resources based on analysis of business information to meet product requirements. Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal partners to resolve escalated issues and ensure adherence to budgets and roadmaps. Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects within the manufacturing and engineering organization. Provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to less experienced staff members. Engage with external parties such as standards bodies and partners as needed to support program objectives.   Drive global security and compliance requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent. Typically, 6+ years of relevant program or project management experience. PMP/PMI certification preferred. Flexible working hours and schedule to coordinate across global teams. Demonstrated success managing all aspects of programs, including scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional resource coordination. Proven ability to communicate program plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options at senior management levels. Experience working with internal manufacturing and development partners in a matrixed environment. Knowledge and Skills: Extensive experience with project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable program plans. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Familiarity with engineering development processes, product lifecycle management, and quality frameworks.
