The Opportunity

This is a new role based in Sydney. The role is responsible for streamlining, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams within 3PL. transport, and warehouse to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver accurate reporting that drives operational and strategic improvements. Please note, internally, this role title will be a 3 PL Analyst in Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

Collect, validate and integrate data from multiple sources to reveal trends and anomalies. Design and maintain dashboards and reports that make insights clear and actionable. Translate analysis into practical recommendations and partner with stakeholders to drive decisions. Support forecasting, business planning and performance measurement to improve outcomes. Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to leadership. Work with IT and business teams to ensure data quality and enable system improvements. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Support 3PL operations to ensure continuity across outbound freight, inbound freight, and warehousing.

About You
