Role Purpose
On a daily basis the QA Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights that support business decision-making. Responsibilities include developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and patterns, and performing statistical analysis to address business needs. The position also works closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, maintains databases and related documentation, presents findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and completes other administrative duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business performance Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements Create and maintain databases, data systems, and documentation Perform statistical analysis to solve business problems Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency Completes other administrative duties as assigned
Experiences/Education - Required
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field 1-2 years Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or in a similar quality assurance role Experience with test case design, defect tracking, and reporting Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI, Share Point, and Microsoft office Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $67,237.00 - $92,451.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. A job
