Job Summary

The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, operational execution, and strategic growth of an assigned geographic division. This role reports to EEI's Divisional Vice President. This role provides complete oversight of multiple utility construction projects from business development and estimating through project execution and closeout while maintaining accountability for safety, profitability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Regional Manager serves as the primary leader for the division, directing project management personnel, field operations, estimating, scheduling, procurement, subcontract mangement, financial forecasting, and customer relationships. This position carries full profit and loss responsibility for the division and works closely with EEI leadership to develop growth strategies, allocate resources, mitigate risk, and achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with utility clients, developers, engineering firms, and strategic partners. Identify new business opportunities and support regional growth initiatives. Participate in customer meetings, presentations, industry events, and contract negotiations. Support proposal strategy, contract review, and project pursuit efforts. Direct all day-to-day operations within the assigned division. Provide leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent transmission, distribution, substation, renewable energy, battery storage, or other utility infrastructure projects. Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Visit project sites regularly to support field leadership and maintain customer relationships. Maintain full P&L responsibility for the division. Develop forecasts, revenue projections, and cash flow forecasts with project managers. Review and analyze project cost reports, earned revenue, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and profitability. Approve monthly billings, change orders, subcontractor payments,
