About this role
Overview
MCAPS-Core accelerates customer outcomes and business growth. By uniting product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and partners around a common customer mission, we help customers realize value faster and turn innovation into measurable business impact. Through deep technical expertise and differentiated go-to-market execution, we win, capture market share, and scale repeatable growth motions. We differentiate through value creation - delivering world-class, AI-powered customer experiences that accelerate adoption, strengthen loyalty, and create sustainable advantage, driving growth that outpaces the market. As a Partner Success Manager (PSM) in FastTrack, you will help accelerate customer outcomes by enabling, guiding, and scaling partner-led delivery across Microsoft cloud solutions. You will work closely with partners, customers, field teams, engineering, and FastTrack stakeholders to ensure partners are equipped to deliver high-quality onboarding, deployment, adoption, and value-realization experiences. Partner Success Managers serve as trusted advisors and operational connectors, helping partners remove delivery blockers, improve execution quality, and drive consistent customer success at scale. This role is for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, build relationships, operate across diverse stakeholders, and can connect partner execution to customer business outcomes. Success requires customer obsession, partner empathy, program management skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to influence across organizations without direct authority. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Drive consistent partner engagement motions that improve customer readiness, delivery predictability, and overall partner performance. Leverage data, insights, automation, and AI to monitor delivery health, identify trends, and improve scale, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Capture partner and customer feedback that helps shape FastTrack programs, partner enablement, delivery playbooks, and Microsoft product experiences. Contribute to repeatable practices, scalable guidance, partner enablement assets, and operational improvements that accelerate customer success globally.
