Work You’ll Do As a Lead Software Engineer II on the Human Services Transformation team, you will be responsible for: Translate business requirements into functional requirements, interface specifications, process flows, and design documentation for system enhancement efforts. Assess impacts of proposed changes to existing system functionality, interfaces, downstream processes, and integrated workflows. Support quality assurance activities, including test planning, test case review, defect analysis, and validation of requirements traceability. Develop analysis, recommendations, status updates, and project deliverables for client and project leadership review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design, issue resolution, and implementation planning for Medicaid eligibility and enrollment platform enhancements. Qualifications

Required : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, public administration, health administration, or policy 6+ years of experience supporting software delivery, systems analysis, or functional design for complex technology implementations 4+ years of experience creating functional requirements, interface documentation, design specifications, process flows, or traceability artifacts 1+ years of experience supporting health and human services, Medicaid, or eligibility and enrollment system initiatives 1+ years of experience supporting quality assurance activities, defect analysis, or test validation Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the
