Experience/Skills Required 12–15+ years of experience designing and delivering software products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team, including experience shaping product vision at a senior leadership level. Ability to deliver solutions on time independently and with on-site and distributed teams, while managing engagement and expectations across internal and external stakeholders. Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices, and experience using analytics and research to drive decisions and develop product iterations. Strong AI-Fluency including experience with emerging AI tools and new ways of working. Ability to explore ideas, persuade, and build consensus with senior leadership on fast-moving projects with varying degrees of ambiguity and deadlines. Capability to deliver original, high-quality design work that is conceptually strong, pushes the boundaries of a solution and raises the bar for creative work, meets business needs, and is at the right level of fidelity for each phase of a project.
