In Japan, we are powering one of Amazon's fastest-growing operations networks, scaling rapidly across fulfillment, last-mile delivery, sub-same-day, and new business lines in a uniquely challenging and rewarding labor market. We are seeking a dynamic, operations-oriented leader to serve as Country Leader of WFS Japan. In this role, you will own the end-to-end talent supply chain for one of the largest and most complex high-volume hiring programs in the APAC region — spanning both direct-hire (Blue Badge) and managed contingent workforce (Green Badge) channels across a rapidly expanding multi-site network. You will navigate Japan's tight labor market and demographic headwinds by crafting innovative hiring strategies, strengthening Amazon's employee value proposition, building deep agency partnerships, and driving technology-enabled funnel efficiency — all while ensuring full regulatory compliance and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
