Duty Manager This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What you’ll do: Core Responsibilities – Availability - DM should have access to her/his cell phone to receive calls from the leadership team during the allocated shift and also monitor emails. Escalation Ownership & Governance Monitor the case end-to-end upon receiving escalation Establish severity level, business impact, and SLA commitments immediately. Cross-Functional Leadership Engage ERT/TAC, Engineering, Supply Chain, PLM or any other required department in HPE. Engage management (Theater leader, TAC management) if challenge in assigning resource or communication with customer or sales. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management Provide clear, concise, and factual updates to the leadership team. Set expectations on timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies. Act as the trusted interface between customer and internal executives What you need to bring:

Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree Knowledge and Skills: PIR (Post Incident Review), RCA and Closure Document the reason for escalation and the preventive steps taken Communicate the resolution and escalation closure to all stakeholders. Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols, switching, and Wi-Fi concepts. Demonstrated understanding of HPE Networking (Aruba, Edge Connect and Juniper) product portfolios (preferred).
