Your role
As a Clinical Consultant you will: Deliver expert training and support to customers and colleagues, both remotely and on-site, ensuring they are confident and successful with our solutions Collaborate closely with project managers to guarantee smooth project delivery and outstanding results for our clients Provide hands-on expertise for service contracts and system upgrades, acting as a reliable point of contact for clinical questions Represent Philips at industry events, sharing our innovations and building strong professional relationships Document your work and product issues accurately, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing Communicate customer needs to our product teams, helping us shape future solutions that truly make a difference Support sales activities by delivering engaging product presentations and highlighting the value of our offerings You should bring the following: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant medical field (ultrasound experience is highly valued) At least 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 1+ year with a Master’s degree (for example, as a sonographer, in clinical applications, or in customer-facing roles) Genuinely interested in IT solutions and passionate about technology Remain resilient and constructive under pressure and welcomes feedback as an opportunity to grow Self-motivated, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team Demonstrate excellent customer focus and relationship-building skills Clear and confidently communicate in English and have at least B1/B2 level German (with a willingness to further develop language skills). Open to international travel, up to 50% of the time Bonus: Has hands-on experience in medical technology, clinical innovation, or ultrasound equipment (especially in cardiology). Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €81,216.25–€ 108,288.31 . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. The salary information shown relates to the location Germany and may differ for other locations.
