The Creative Designer will be part of Lowe’s Global Marketing Team based out of Bangalore. The candidate will work under the supervision of the Creative Manager, collaborate with Copywriters and Producers to create design collateral for various marketing channels. The creative designer works well individually as well as collaborates with the team to design creatives that are within the brand guidelines and fulfil business needs. They are responsible for owning creative brief execution in alignment to business strategy and bringing in fresh and new ideas to the table. They are responsible for the whole creative production process and expected to lead it to a perfect execution with minimal flags or errors raised by stakeholders. The creative designer works on channels like email, digitall displays, social media, print media and assisting senior and lead designers on different project based on complexity. The candidate will require to have good communication skills to be able to understand requirements accurately and present their concepts confidently to partners. In the course of their work they should be develop an understanding of the American retail industry  and cultural nuances.  The suitable candidate should be a good team player, self motivated and bring in fresh concepts that can elevate the enterprise brand communication creatives.

Experience in designing digital assets for various channels – social, display and emails. Developing deep understanding of the Lowes brand guidelines and be able to create designs that are consistent with the brand style guide. Experience working with templates and showcasing efficiency and error free delivery.  Good attention to details is a must.
