Specialist Reimbursement (m/f/d) This position works out of   Abbott GmbH   in the Diabetes Care division. Primary Objective of Position Escalation management with health insurances (SHIs), reimbursed patients (including single case issues) and with all related internal & external stakeholders (e.g. Market Access, Customer Service, Reimbursement service provider, etc.). Major Accountabilities Handling escalation management in close contact with SHIs as well as internal & external stakeholders Analyzing reimbursement processes, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements to Business Operations Analysts Being key contact for SHIs and internal & external stakeholders with respect to process questions. Supporting for SHIs and internal & external stakeholders with respect to process questions. Liaising with market access, e-commerce as well as customer service team to improve the escalation resolution processes Interacting with internal and external service providers to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries.
