The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $19.43  and $32.36     Rewards and Benefits:

This role evaluates customer creditworthiness, establishes and maintains credit limits, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and reduce past-due balances while supporting business objectives and customer relationships. Duties and Responsibilities: - Evaluates business customer creditworthiness and establishes, monitors, and adjusts credit limits in accordance with company policies and risk guidelines. - Reviews and takes appropriate action on orders held for credit review, including releasing or holding orders based on account status and risk assessment. - Manages a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment, minimize delinquency, and reduce overall credit risk exposure. - Contacts customers to resolve past-due balances and negotiates payment solutions in alignment with company credit and collection policies. - Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies in partnership with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable to support accurate invoicing and payment. - Applies credit holds, releases, and payment term adjustments based on account performance and risk evaluation. - Documents customer interactions and account activity in internal systems and utilizes multiple systems and data sources to assess risk. - Escalates delinquent or high-risk accounts as appropriate, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and third-party collection agencies. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - 3+ years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit review, and customer service preferred - Ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and internal stakeholders - Applies analytical thinking and sound judgment to solve problems, adapt to changing priorities, and support
