About this role
The Opportunity As a Technology Strategy & Transactions Consultant, you will support organizations in assessing technology environments and identifying risks, opportunities and value creation levers across M&A transactions. You will work with leading private equity firms, corporate investors and strategic buyers, helping them evaluate IT functions, systems, applications, infrastructure and technology organizations to support investment decisions, integrations, carve-outs and transformation initiatives. In a fast-paced transaction environment, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, both locally and internationally, delivering technology due diligence assessments and advising clients on technology-driven value creation strategies. Your Key Responsibilities
Support and execute IT Due Diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and investment transactions; Assess IT landscapes, including applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity controls, data architecture and IT operating models; Identify technology risks, technical debt, operational challenges and potential transaction-related impacts; Evaluate IT governance, service management, vendor ecosystems and technology spending to support investment decisions; Analyze the scalability, maturity and effectiveness of technology functions and digital capabilities; Support the assessment of integration and carve-out challenges from a technology perspective, including Day 1 readiness and Transition Service Agreements (TSAs); Identify value creation opportunities through technology optimization, digital transformation and platform modernization initiatives; Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for executive stakeholders, investors and transaction teams; Collaborate with Strategy, Transaction, Cybersecurity and Technology Consulting teams in multidisciplinary engagements; Actively contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the Technology Strategy & Transactions practice.

Strong understanding of IT Due Diligence methodologies and transaction environments; Knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies and IT operating models; Understanding of technology risks, cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance practices; Ability to assess technology maturity, scalability and operational effectiveness; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Ability to translate technical findings into business and investment implications; Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Commercial awareness and business acumen; Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in fast-paced transaction environments; Team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics or a related field; 2 to 5 years of professional experience in IT Due Diligence, IT Audit, Technology Risk, Technology Consulting or related areas; Experience assessing applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity controls and IT governance frameworks; Experience identifying and evaluating technology risks and operational dependencies; Understanding of technology operating models and enterprise architecture concepts; Ability to assess technology-related impacts in M&A transactions; Strong reporting and presentation skills; Full English proficiency.

Experience supporting M&A transactions, integrations or carve-out projects; Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud); Familiarity with cybersecurity and technology risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL); Experience working on international projects; Relevant certifications such as
