Job Description - Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-range business projections. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Prepare variance analyses comparing actual results against budget and forecast. Partner with business leaders to understand financial drivers and support decision-making. Build and enhance financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and business cases. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend performance improvement opportunities. Support strategic planning, investment evaluations, and profitability analyses. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reports and planning activities. Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Operations, and other business functions. Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and FP&A tool enhancements. Act as a finance business partner and subject matter expert for financial planning and analysis activities. Lead complex analyses and projects while mentoring junior team members and supporting organizational objectives.
