The BCN comprises of Consulting Services, Knowledge Services and Shared Services About you Work experience range - 1-3 years along with MBA in Human resources or 2+ years with a Graduate degree with hands-on experience managing and supporting the employee lifecycle processes. Sound understanding of HR function, fundamentals, and talent management processes. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to manage MIS and reporting. Data handling and data analysis is a must. Effective communicator, with proven problem-solving skills Strong team player ability, collaborative, inclusive approach High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills, integrity, and strong customer focus. Ability to work both independently and as a team member. Strong organization skills – the ability to meet timelines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. What You’ll Do Collaborate with HRBP Lead and business leaders to understand workforce needs and contribute to HR planning Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance reviews, engagement, exits) Plans and manages performance review cycles, ensuring timelines and quality standards Tracking and managing performance improvement cases Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Help address employee relations issues with sensitivity, empathy and compliance Conduct regular employee connect sessions to get a pulse check, foster engagement and gather feedback Bringing continuous process improvement and value proposition for excellent employee experience Assist in analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to improve workforce strategies Coordinate with other HR teams (e.g., Recruitment, Ops & PD) to ensure alignment with business needs Participate in HR projects or initiatives What makes us a great place to work We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world's best places to work, a champion of diversity and a model of social responsibility.
