We're looking for an experienced and collaborative **Engineer - Stakeholder Management** to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our project teams and external stakeholders, orchestrating seamless communication and coordination across government authorities, utility providers, developers, contractors, and asset owners. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement, combined with your analytical mindset and diplomatic approach, will be instrumental in ensuring timely approvals, permits, and successful project delivery. Develop, implement, and continuously refine the project's Stakeholder Management Plan, ensuring comprehensive identification and mapping of all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Establish and maintain effective, transparent working relationships with clients, government authorities, utility providers, asset owners, developers, and contractors through proactive engagement and regular communication Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, technical workshops, and coordination sessions, ensuring all parties remain aligned on project objectives, timelines, and requirements Manage all authority approvals, permits, NOCs, and statutory submissions with meticulous attention to detail, monitoring approval status and proactively following up with relevant authorities Identify, analyze, and mitigate stakeholder-related risks and interface conflicts that could impact project progress, developing robust action plans and recovery measures Coordinate utility diversions, tie-ins, shutdowns, and interface activities, ensuring seamless integration between project disciplines and utility providers Monitor stakeholder-related activities against the project schedule, identifying potential delays and working collaboratively with planning and logistics teams to maintain momentum Prepare comprehensive stakeholder reports, approval trackers, action registers, and executive summaries for project management and client reporting Maintain meticulous records of all meetings, correspondence, approvals, and stakeholder commitments, ensuring transparent documentation and easy accessibility Coordinate stakeholder activities related to testing and commissioning, inspections, asset transfer, and project handover, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled before final delivery Support the successful transfer of assets to operating authorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing complex handover processes Qualifications **Required
