Senior Advisor II, ERP Solutions Engineer

Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future   As an Sr Advisor II, ERP Solutions Engineer , you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions that support business objectives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality applications that meet evolving business needs.   What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and maintain application software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards. Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and modernization. Lead or contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design decisions. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability through best practices and code quality standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers and team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments. Work within agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Support continuous integration and deployment processes and contribute to automation initiatives.

What You'll Bring – Required

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience 5 or more years of experience in UI5/ABAP development

What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

Intermediate proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc.) Familiarity with modern frameworks and microservices architecture Intermediate proficiency in.Net and Automation Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable applications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation Range  This position has a base salary range of $ 160,200 - $195,800 .   At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation.
