This role is primarily responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination related to employee data management in compliance with the service level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities & Duties Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team to clarify Oracle HRO process related queries Perform daily Quality Audit using the standard QA form or checklist form Interact with the employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures Perform intermediate to advanced tasks related to employee data management Ensure accuracy of all data processes and entered in HR systems Gather information and documentation from relevant stakeholders to assist in investigating and in resolving issues Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required May assist with preparing reports as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or at least 2+ years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related role or other similar functions is preferred Experience using Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools is preferred Additional Information At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
