Where You’ll Make a Difference Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities Build and maintain weekly and monthly maintenance schedules aligned with production priorities and business requirements Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, reliability, operational impact, and business needs Manage maintenance backlogs and ensure work orders are properly scoped, classified, planned, and scheduled before execution Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts, materials, tools, and external services Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and maintenance performance Analyze maintenance history, equipment data, and key performance indicators to optimize maintenance strategies Plan and coordinate maintenance activities associated with shutdowns, major overhauls, and engineering projects Maintain accurate maintenance records within SAP and ensure proper work order closure, documentation, and cost allocation What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, reliability, or maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment Experience working in food manufacturing, food ingredients, chemical, or process manufacturing industries Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies Experience planning maintenance activities, shutdowns, and equipment overhauls Knowledge of reliability principles, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement methodologies Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferred Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills How Would You Stand Out?
