What You’ll Do: As a Bag Operator, you will be part of our Decorah Operations team located in Decorah, IA.  You’ll get to:  JOB KNOWLEDGE:                                                              1. Thorough knowledge of all bagging equipment.                           2. Basic personal computer knowledge.                                     3. Knowledge of bag styles.                                               4. Knowledge of customer driven specifications.                           5. Print and service order knowledge.                                     6. Basic parts identification knowledge.                                  7. Knowledge of Manufacturing and Shipping Systems                                         8. Material handling equipment.                                           9. Ability to create bag labels that meet the requirements of our customers.      10. Must be able to work overtime as needed.                                                                                      JUDGEMENT                                                                  1. Prioritize activities to maximize efficiency.                        2. Recognize the acceptable quality level of product.                         3. Recognize unsafe conditions or act and report to supervisor immediately.                                                4. Recognize maintenance problems with minimal assistance.                5. Recognize acceptable supply inventory.      6.
