Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to teams, including direct support for senior-level executives and their leadership teams Ensure physical workspaces are equipped and functional, and proactively escalate issues to support teams Manage document platforms with accuracy and attention to detail Complete and submit travel and personal expenses within deadlines, following up on all queries Manage team calendars and update databases, including Salesforce, with new contacts Track team attendance and office presence Curate conference calls and video conferences, including large-scale Town Halls, providing technical support for AV issues and facilitating question and answer functionality Welcome visitors, suppliers, and clients, providing comprehensive support including bookings and access management Support events and seminars with logistics coordination Provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants and handle ad hoc requests with flexibility Employees are required to work from the office a minimum of three days per week. Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates:) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,332 USD to $69,000 USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
