Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) & Governance Engineer (L4) to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, role management, provisioning, reconciliation, and integration with enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM) solutions. Configure and manage user lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML). Develop and support provisioning and reconciliation workflows for target systems. Create and manage connectors, adapters, application instances, and resource objects. Implement access request, approval, certification, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls. Perform role engineering, role mining, and role lifecycle management activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, reconciliation, and identity governance processes. Integrate OIM/OIG with
