About the Role
At Crowe, our Microsoft Business Applications practice helps organizations transform their operations through innovative, technology-enabled solutions. As a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect, you will play a strategic leadership role in designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions that drive operational excellence and business transformation for our clients. In this client-facing role, you'll combine deep functional and technical expertise with strong consulting skills to architect enterprise solutions, lead implementation teams, mentor consultants, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations while helping clients modernize supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and operational processes.
