By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 in a hybrid way from Bucharest or work from home from another location. #LI-EU How you’ll make an impact: Manages full-cycle recruitment for Early Talent or internship roles, associated admin activities and delivering offers across Italy; Manages high volumes while ensuring a strong candidate experience; Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver against hiring goals; Execute high-volume hiring campaigns across diverse programs (internship, graduates, apprenticeships etc.); Represent Avanade in Early Talent campaigns and relationships. Building relationships with target universities, engaging staff and students; Maintains LinkedIn presence and personal recruiter brand to attract t alent; Champion inclusive hiring practices. Skills that make your work successful: minimum 1 year experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with exposure to Early Talent or campus hiring; Italian & English language – minimum B2 level; Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing talent through job boards, social media, events, and direct outreach. The ability to build and present strong talent pipelines; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Relationship builder who builds trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders; High school diploma.
