Building relationships with target universities, engaging staff and students; Maintains LinkedIn presence and personal recruiter brand to attract t alent; Champion inclusive hiring practices. Skills that make your work successful: minimum 1 year experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with exposure to Early Talent or campus hiring; Italian & English language – minimum B2 level; Creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing talent through job boards, social media, events, and direct outreach. The ability to build and present strong talent pipelines; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Relationship builder who builds trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders; High school diploma.
