EY’s FSO Business Consulting are experiencing an exciting period of growth due to the financial services sector undergoing rapid transformative changes. In response to market demand, we are looking for an experienced senior manager, working in the Financial Services Industry in Ireland or UK with proven expertise in leadership of complex Regulatory delivery projects.    Your Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a person with Finance and/or Risk Regulatory experience, a track record in project and team leadership experience, client relationship management excellence, communication, and business acumen as well as a passion for innovation, building high performing teams and culture of trust, respect, and diversity.  Client Responsibilities:

Manage Regulatory driven engagements with our clients and provide high quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.

Lead teams to elicit business requirements across a range of Finance and Risk stakeholders and translating into practical data and transformational needs. You, and your team, will require the ability to bridge the language of both business and IT/Data delivery to define a common solution. Seamlessly work through ambiguous problems, defining client needs, approach to resolving complex engagements and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. Write sharp and concise documents at a suitable for C Suite client level. Deliver presentations to C Suite client level and handle live feedback from clients. Own the management of C Suite client stakeholders, to provide confidence, comfort and reassurance in solution delivery. Be responsible for building valuable relationships with our clients and to develop a track-record of expertise that is recognised throughout the market. Understand EY’s service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services.  Work with a global team of experts to develop unique and innovative solutions
