Job Description
Begin your professional journey in a customer-facing role where you will receive structured training, practical exposure, and the support you need to grow with confidence. Build Meaningful Customer Relationships Create a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction. Build confidence in communicating with customers through email, phone, and HPEFS customer portals. Develop strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience and Account Support · Gain hands-on experience in customer payment processes and learn how to work with key customer contacts. · Support the management of healthy accounts receivable balances for assigned customers. · Build attention to detail by accurately recording customer interactions and account activities in the system. Collections and Accounts Receivable Management · Develop practical exposure to collections and delinquency management while helping the team achieve AR targets across billed and due, 31+, 91+, and 181+ ageing buckets. · Participate in AR review meetings and month-end forecasting activities to understand how finance operations work in practice. · Learn to process payment allocations accurately in line with company policies and standards. Teamwork and Collaboration · Work closely with team members and managers in a supportive environment to resolve customer and account issues. · Learn how to manage escalations, disputes, and non-responsive cases effectively and professionally. · Share ideas and contribute to customer-focused projects and continuous improvement initiatives. · Build confidence in working with both internal and external stakeholders. · Strengthen your judgment, ownership, and follow-up skills while learning established internal processes.
