KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: Conduct policy research and develop policy briefs for federal healthcare agencies, focused on the mitigation of vulnerabilities to federal healthcare programs Support the development / evolution of KPMG's Federal Healthcare & Government Solutions methodologies and intellectual capital Synthesize / translate complex federal regulatory requirements into audience-appropriate communication and education materials Conduct policy research to assist in answering stakeholder questions related to federal healthcare programs, as well as support federal agency policy / operational decision-making Conduct research on healthcare industry trends to support federal agencies in policy-decision making and program implementation Draft action-oriented memos / presentations summarizing research findings, translating findings into actionable insights or considerations for federal agencies Qualifications: A minimum of three years of Federal Healthcare Policy experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Experience supporting / conducting healthcare policy research and analysis Experience / knowledge of healthcare programs (e.g. - Medicare, Medicaid, Health Insurance Exchanges) Experience synthesizing healthcare policy research and presentation development Experience supporting project management day-to-day activities such as project progress check-ins / project schedules Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
