Partner with the best This is a fully remote role, but you will be required to visit our Kraków office occasionally (approx. once a month) for leadership syncs and team meetings. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of 3-5 accounting professionals. Reviewing and approving journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy during closing cycles. Conducting thorough analysis and accounting of Colocation Lease Accounting Contracts without compromising precision or attention to detail. Driving the improvement of current accounting processes and workflows, including active participation in key projects Preparing and maintaining SOX Control Documentation. Acting as a key point of contact to support both Internal and External Auditors.
Do what you love To be successful in this role you will:
Possess full proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Have a solid General Ledger (GL) working accounting background with at least 5 years of professional experience and graduate of Finance or Accounting Studies Bring prior experience with Lease Accounting and contract analysis, which will be considered an asset. Have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial position. Demonstrate excellent communication and cooperation skills, with a natural ability to motivate, guide, and inspire team.
