Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Lead healthcare consulting and service solution projects focused on strategy development, organizational improvement, and operational efficiency Consult with c-suite/senior management at hospitals to analyze business challenges, define long-term objectives, and recommend actionable improvements Develop and implement solutions to moderately complex and often undefined problems through structured analysis and investigation Act as a primary point of contact for specific projects, engaging with internal teams, customers, and external partners Influence decision-making and support alignment through clear communication and stakeholder management Provide guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing to colleagues, supporting team capability development Manage to large projects, coordinating activities and reviewing deliverables to ensure quality and impact This is a field-based position in Poland that involves approximately 60-70% travel across the region. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of relevant experience Experience in healthcare consulting, service solutions, strategy, or operational improvement roles. Having worked with a top-tier consulting firm is a significant plus.
