Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future As a Sr Reliability Engineer, Rotating Equipment, you will provide technical leadership and reliability support for rotating equipment and mechanical systems. This role partners closely with maintenance, operations, technical services, and capital projects to improve equipment reliability, optimize maintenance strategies, and support safe, efficient operations. What You'll Do
Own and report mechanical department administrative and technical key performance indicators at both the local and corporate level Participate in unit HAZOPs for key and critical operating variables that impact mechanical integrity Support department goals by balancing budgetary constraints with technical, reliability, and administrative priorities Provide mechanical reliability input to capital projects for the specification, selection, purchase, and installation of mechanical equipment in compliance with company requirements and applicable industry codes and standards Support participation in rotating equipment reliability networks and share best practices across the organization Develop, implement, and monitor predictive and preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems Provide ongoing mechanical technical support to operations and technical services to improve maintenance quality, equipment performance, engineered modifications, and new equipment installations Identify, monitor, and analyze key mechanical system reliability indicators and drive actions that improve equipment availability and on-stream performance Administer and update mechanical specifications, standards, and procedures Develop mechanical system work scopes for maintenance turnarounds Coordinate turnaround support to ensure required work scope is completed and properly documented Support the effective planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical maintenance activities, including preventive and predictive maintenance
What You'll Bring - Required
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country Valid driver’s license Bachelor’s degree in engineering 5 or more years of maintenance or engineering experience with an emphasis on rotating machinery

Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $141,300 - $172,700. At Phillips 66, we are committed to pay transparency and competitive, equitable compensation.
