Job Summary: As a Product Manager for Accenture LearnVantage (ALV), you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise learning platform. You will translate ambiguous business needs into a clear, prioritised roadmap and drive it to execution with engineering, design, and business teams. You will become an expert on the market and client needs through research, discovery, and customer validation. You will operate as a senior voice in the room, engaging MD/SMD-level stakeholders with confidence, challenging assumptions, and making defensible calls on prioritization and strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities: Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap; drive it to execution and outcomes against tight timelines and competing priorities. Engage MD/SMD-level and client stakeholders with confidence — hold a point of view, push back when needed, and align senior leaders around trade-offs. Lead and mentor a team of business analysts; raise the bar on discovery, problem framing, and requirement quality. Drive brutal prioritisation — ask the hard questions of sales and business teams, interrogate the "why" behind each ask, and say no with a rationale rather than just collecting requirements. Draw the product line: decide what lives in the core product, what should be handled as an off-product customisation, and what we say “no” to, protecting platform coherence and long-term maintainability. Convert ambiguous business inputs into crisp, unambiguous PRDs with clear problem statements, scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Define, instrument, and track success metrics; use product analytics to validate outcomes and inform the next iteration. Use AI tools fluently across the product lifecycle — discovery, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, and prototyping — to move faster and raise quality. Establish and run repeatable, process-oriented product operating rhythms (intake, prioritisation, delivery, review).
Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: 5+ years in product management with a track record of progressively senior roles and ownership — not just tenure. Proven ability to develop Product Sense through customer and market validation using lean discovery practices, user research, and customer validation. Demonstrated ability to build a roadmap from scratch and execute it end-to-end, beating constraints and competing priorities. Strong executive presence; proven experience influencing MD/SMD or CXO-level stakeholders and holding ground under pressure. Deep business acumen — able to judge product vs. customisation trade-offs and tie decisions to commercial impact. Excellent requirement definition and PRD-writing skills; able to turn ambiguity into clarity. Hands-on with product analytics tools and metrics-driven decision making; process-oriented and structured. Fluent, practical use of AI tools in day-to-day product work. Good to Have: Prior experience in EdTech / learning platforms and experience leading business analyst teams.
Additional Information: The ideal candidate is a senior product leader with a Tier-1 educational pedigree, a bias for execution, and the gravitas to lead both up (senior stakeholders) and down (a BA team). This role sits within Accenture LearnVantage (ALV), building the enterprise learning platform, and is based out of our Bangalore / Gurgaon office.
