Project Manager (Move Program)

During this unique three-year international program, you’ll start your journey in our Benelux organization within Service Projects & Business Development, where you’ll build a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder management and business development. After successfully completing your first assignment, you’ll take the next exciting step by relocating to one of our METTLER TOLEDO locations in Europe or North America, where you’ll live and work for an extended period while gaining valuable international experience. Once you’ve completed your international assignment, you’ll return to the Benelux organization, ready to continue your career in a role with increased responsibility and exciting future opportunities. Throughout the program, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, expand your international network and develop the skills needed to grow into a future leader within METTLER TOLEDO. During the program you will: Coordinate and support challenging Service Projects & Business Development initiatives. Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across different countries. Drive process improvements and identify new business opportunities. Develop your project management, commercial and leadership skills. Work in an international environment where innovation, collaboration and personal growth are central.
