Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead the end-to-end execution of capital projects ranging from approximately $5M to $50M, from concept through commissioning and handover. Coordinate the overall site Capital portfolio. Partner with business, operations, engineering, and finance teams to align project objectives with business priorities. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and external engineering partners. Drive engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams. Identify opportunities to improve project performance, mitigate risks, and maximize investment value. Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned across projects. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering or Food/Process Engineering. Extensive experience managing capital projects within manufacturing, industrial, chemical, food, or related environments. Proven success delivering large-scale capital projects with responsibility for cost, schedule, safety, and quality performance. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and stage-gate capital project processes. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. How Would You Stand Out? Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management qualification. Experience delivering both brownfield and greenfield manufacturing projects.
