As a Project Manager - Procurement Lead end-to-end procurement transformation projects from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization. Create executive-level presentations and deliver compelling business storytelling to effectively communicate project progress, insights, risks, and strategic recommendations Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, and external partners. Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and procurement technology implementations. Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews. Develop business cases and project roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and user adoption. Measure project outcomes through KPIs, benefits realization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and organizational policies. Knowledge & Skills Proven experience leading medium-to-large-scale transformation or system implementation projects. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement operations. Strategic Planning and Execution Strong Analytical and Decision-Making Skills Change Management and Organizational Readiness Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience working with SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, or other procurement platforms.

Recommended Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 8–12+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation. Preferred Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred. Experience leading global transformation programs.
