Consulting Develop client renewal strategies aligned with Global Guiding Principles. Champion client-related initiatives (e.g. Aon Brokers Guide, Client Promise, Explorer, Aon Pulse, Aon Care, Wellbeing and Voluntary Benefits) and ensure smooth implementation. Champion Aon United. Hold direct relationships with assigned and high-touch regional/global clients. Seek market intelligence on client needs and competitor developments to retain and grow clients. Support ad-hoc projects as required. Service Delivery Support Support client initiatives and drive strategic client engagement. Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders (local, regional, global). Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors (insurers and specialty providers). Ensure collaboration between Client Services and other functions (e.g. Broking, Claims, Flex, Admin) to deliver distinctive client value. Develop and manage client retention and growth strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets. Ensure the team can manage client relationships and deliver services within expectations. Drive adoption and utilization of the organization’s client service model and consulting tools. Resolve issues and implement solutions impacting clients and the department. Ensure prompt client payments and maintain acceptable credit control levels. Act as escalation point for all clients. Govern the peer review process to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize errors and omissions. Skills and experience that will lead to success Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS At least 8 years of related experience Analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Effective collaboration across departments and the organization Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines Positive, influential, and willing to embrace changes Knowledge of client profiling and sensitivity to client needs and priorities Alignment to departmental and organizational vision and goals Self-directed growth and development Strong interpersonal and people management skills Work independently and with initiative, with mentorship in only the most complex situations Proficiency in MS systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint #LI-SS5 2583954
