As OTC Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of OTC+ benefits administered through UCard, including Food, OTC, Utilities, In-home Care, and Fitness. This role is accountable for delivering a cohesive, compliant, and high-performing member experience across a complex and growing portfolio of supplemental benefits. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders, including Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors, to define program strategy, drive execution, and ensure alignment to business goals, regulatory requirements, and member needs. Success in this role will be based on your ability to think strategically while leading day-to-day execution, synthesize complex information to drive clear decisions, and lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment.
