负责化工装置静设备的全生命周期管理，落实安全生产责任制，确保静设备管理符合国家法律法规、行业标准及公司相关制度要求。 负责静设备年度检修、大修计划及预算的编制、执行与跟踪，确保资源配置合理、预算控制有效。 负责组织制定、修订并落实静设备管理程序、检维修管理制度及相关技术标准，推动相关要求在 PSM 框架下有效执行。 负责静设备检修、大修、维护及项目实施计划的编制、协调与落实，保障装置安全、稳定、长周期运行。 负责静设备完整性管理，持续提升设备稳定性、可靠性和可维护性，推动设备管理持续改进。 负责静设备异常问题的分析与处理，必要时组织开展 RCA 根因分析，制定并跟踪整改措施，防止问题重复发生。 负责静设备相关 MOC 的发起、评估、实施与关闭，支持设备技术变更、工艺优化及持续改进工作。 负责检维修、大修及项目实施过程中承包商的现场安全管理、技术协调及绩效考核。 参与静设备事故、未遂事件及异常事件的调查、分析与处理，推动经验反馈和预防措施落实。 参与公司项目中静设备相关技术支持、方案审查、实施协调及验收工作。 完成上级交办的其他工作。

本科及以上学历，过程装备与控制工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、化工机械、材料类或相关专业。 3 年及以上化工、石化、能源或相关行业静设备管理、检维修或设备工程经验，具备压力容器、换热器、储罐、塔器、管道等设备管理经验者优先。 熟悉静设备相关国家法规、行业标准及企业管理要求，了解 PSM、MOC、RCA、设备完整性管理等基本方法。 具备静设备检修、大修、预算管理、承包商管理及现场安全管理经验。 具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立组织设备异常分析、技术协调及改进闭环工作。 具备良好的沟通协调能力、责任心和团队合作精神，能够适应生产现场工作环境。 熟练使用 Office 等常用办公软件，具备基本的技术文件编写和数据分析能力。 持有压力容器、特种设备、焊接、无损检测或相关职业资格证书者优先。 英语具备基本读写能力者优先，能够阅读技术资料及设备标准文件。
