Existing policies need to be respected, and as there is always room for improvement you can work on the implementation of 'best practices'. You will have a key role being the HR Contact Person for employees as well as for the leadership. You will improve leaders’ ability to have difficult conversations, develop employees, and manage underperformance. You will execute talent strategies focused on attracting, developing and retaining a strong, diverse group of people.
