Providing direction to employees. Leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts. Perform daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective communication, and execution with support group members. Establish work schedules and monthly delivery plans considering resource availability that align with customer needs and satisfy financial obligations. Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building through daily toolbox meetings, effective communications, and in developing an efficient team that is responsive to production requirements and changes. Achieve target performance levels through disciplined execution of the Standard Production System (SPS) including but not limited to: Tiered accountability Visual management system(s) Leader Standard Work Demonstrate clear focus on accountability to daily results, rapid identification of root cause and effective implementation of corrective actions Drive development of a strong problem-solving culture, through application of tools Champion sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements Communicate to peers requirements at supporting process to ensure smooth process flow. Hold employees accountable while maintaining a key working relationship. Drive World-class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly. Control quality, productivity, and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer happiness. This is a 3rd shift position (weekday over-nights). There is a shift premium associated with the compensation for this shift.

You Must Have: Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience. 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required. U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
