What you’ll achieve: As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will support Global Operations Quality (GOQ) in managing Dell and ODM factory quality metrics, including First Pass Yield ( FPY), End of Line Quality Metric ( EQM), and Missing, Wrong, Damaged ( MWD). You will drive improvements to factory quality inspection processes in line with ISO and regulatory requirements, lead investigations into customer quality issues, and perform Closed-loop Corrective Actions (CLCA) on issues . Working closely with stakeholders across Product & Operations, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement focused on delivering high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations.
